What Do We Do?

We identify business opportunities and design practical and elegant solutions that positively impact health and happiness. Sometimes we identify the opportunity and find the right partners to execute it and sometimes we build it ourselves. Other times, we help guide clients so their product or service is simple, elegant, and wrapped up with a business strategy that leverages their core competencies.

Over the span of almost 20 years, Grant has built or managed successful consumer engagement systems, both large and small, from his base in London. He knows customers. He also has a passion for the human side of health. He's fascinated by linking health attitudes to health behaviors and helping clients create health products, services and experiences to the right people at the right time. Grant is a pioneer in this area. Humana. As Humana's VP of Consumer Innovation, Grant introduced Bcycle, a joint venture company with Trek Bikes and Crispin Porter + Bogusky to introduce a social media-driven bike sharing initiative. Grant also pioneered the concept of health entertainment and exer-gaming— linking personal biometrics to team health and wellness.  He headed up Humana's first social media team and first cross-business Innovation conference. Virgin Healthmiles. Prior to Humana, he co-founded Virgin Healthmiles - Richard Branson's first foray into health in the US. Tesco Clubcard. Grant built the wildly successful Tesco Clubcard and was named one of the most influential marketers of the decade by Precision Marketing in 2006. The Clubcard was one of the most successful targeted-marketing and business development systems in the UK. It influenced more than 25% of all supermarket, pharmacy and petrol shopping experiences in the UK and was the springboard for successful launches of on-line home shopping and financial services businesses. Sky Television. Grant also managed retention, churn reduction, and ongoing consumer  communications with 7 million customers for Sky Television during their launch of digital television. Dunnhumby. Grant led the consulting team at dunnhumby and worked with large retailers such as The House of Fraser to establish them as a brand in the late 1990s.
